1. *Program Management*: Oversees the planning, implementation and evaluation of public welfare programs.

3. *Data Analysis*: Collects, analyzes and reports data on population dynamics, family planning and reproductive health services.
4. *Community outreach*: Develop and implement strategies for community engagement to increase awareness of mass welfare programs.
5. *Resource Allocation*: Manages the allocation of resources including finance, equipment and personnel to various projects and projects.
6. *Policy Development*: Assist in the formulation and review of policies and procedures related to the public interest.
7. *Training and Development*: Develop training programs to enhance professional skills and knowledge in family planning and reproductive health.
8. *Partnership*: Work with other government agencies, NGOs and stakeholders to collaborate and maximize the impact of mass welfare programs.

The following requirements must be fulfilled in order for candidates to be considered for the Deputy Manager position:

Diploma: A three-year graphic arts and printing diploma.
Experience: Three years of relevant post-qualification work experience.

Only private entity experience that is registered with the SECP, Registrar of Firms, or any other regulatory body will be accepted.
Age Restriction
Male: ages 22 to 30
